Park,Larimer County,Colorado.Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park

Meeting called to order by Mayor Ua.rszy.Tr.agexit

James H.Swickard,Robert E.Also Present.Town Administrator WagnerDale0.HillAbsent:

Mayor Harry B.Tregent called to order a special meeting of the
Board of Trustees to consider the contract for the Royal Lipizzan
Stallions of Austria Horse Show at Stanley Park.Trustee James
H.Swickard introduced the following resolution and moved it be
passed and adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to sign the agreement by and between the Town of Estes Park and
The Collett Agency regarding the Royal Lipizzan Stallions horse
show at Stanley Park on June 9,10,11,12,13,14,and 15th,
1979 provided that the agreement is signed by the Collett Agency
and delivered to the Town Administrator’s office prior to the
first show.
Trustee Houston seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motionpassedbythefollowingvotes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees
James H.Swickard,Margaret Houston,Robert E.Wagner,Jack T.Rumley,Robert E.Burgess.Those voting “No”none.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
