Minutes of a p.c.c.La meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Larimer County,Colorado.Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Pork
on the ..J.day of A.D.19 at regular meeting
hour.
Meeting called to order by Moyor
Present:Mayor Harry B.Tregent Trustees:Robert E.Burgess,Jack
T.Rumley,H.Bernerd
Also Present:Dale G.Hill,Town Dannels,Margaret Houston,
Administrator Robert E.Wagner,James H.
John H.Chilson Swickard
W.W.Wheeler
V.L.Mccracken,Water Superintendent
Lloyd Duncan,Finance Off icer
Tim Asbury,Trail Gazette
Vickie Robb,KSIR
Following written notification to the Board of Trustees and verbal
notification to the press (Trail Gazette,Loveland Reporter—Herald,
KSIR),Mayor Harry B.Tregent called to order a special meeting of
the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park this 16th day of
February,1979 at 11:15 a.m.to discuss the water augmentation plan.
Trustee Robert F.Wagner introduced the following resolution and
moved it be passed and adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
That the water augmentation plan developed by W.W.Wheeler
and Associates,Inc.be and hereby is accepted and approved and that
John H.Chilson as Special counsel for the Town of Estes Park be
and hereby is authorized to file an Application for Plan of Augmenta
tion Including the Right to Exchange,Store and Consume with the
Water Court of Division I,State of Colorado,and to process the
same to a final decree.
Trustee Houston seconded the motion.The motion passed by the
following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Margaret Houston,
James H.Swickard,Jack T.Rumley,Robert B.Burgess,H.Bernerd
Dannels,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”none.
Trustee Robert E.Burgess then moved that the report entitled
“Augmentation Plan for the Town of Estes Park”prepared by W.W.
Wheeler and Associates,Inc.be made available for public inspection.
Trustee Rumley seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion
unanimously carried.
There being no further business,it was moved,seconded and carried
that the meeting adjourn.
