Meeting called to order by Mayor Içgflt
Present:Mayor Harry B.Tregent Trustees:Robert E.Burgess,Rollen
Sutter,Margaret Houston,
Robert E.Wagner,H.Bernerd
Dannels
Also Present;Town Administrator
and Clerk —Dale G.Hill
Absent;Trustee N.T.Petrocine
Trustee Robert E.Burgess moved Town Attorney John G.Phipps’
letter of resignation dated October 17,1977 be received and
that his resignation as of December 1,1977 be accepted.Trustee
Robert E.Wagner seconded the motion.The motion unanimously
carried.
Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels introduced the following resolution
and moved it be passed and adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
That Mr.Ernest G.Hartwell is hereby appointed
Town Attorney,and Mr.Colton W.Babcock,Jr.and Mr.Gregory
A.White are hereby appointed Assistant Town Attorneys.These
appointments shall become effective on December 1,1977.
Trustee Rollen Sutter seconded the motion.The motion passed
by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees H.Bernerd
Dannels,Robert E.Wagner,Rollen Sutter.Those voting “No’
Trustees Robert E.Burgess,Margaret Houston.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
