Minutes of a regUlar meeting of the Board of Trusiees of the Town of Este5
Park,Lorimer County,Colarada.Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Pork
on the ..9th doy of 4J.1gU.t A.0.1977..at regular meeting
hour.
Meeting coiled to order by Mayor .P .
Present:Moyor Harry B.Tregent Trustees H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.
Petrocine,Rollen Sutter,
Margaret Houston,Robert
E.Wagner,Robert E.Burgess
Also Present:Town Administrator

Absent:None
Minutes of the regular meeting held July 26,1977 were read and
approved as read.
Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels moved the following bills be allowed
and paid and the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for the
same.(A certified copy of the bills read and allowed are on
file in the office of the Town Clerk under this date and made a
part of the record of these proceedings by reference thereto).
Trustee Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion
passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes’Trustees H.
Bernerd flannels,Robert E.Wagner,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.
Burgess,Margaret Houston,N.T.Petrocine.Those voting “No”fl
none.U
Trustee Robert E.Burgess,Chairman of the Public Safety Com
mittee,read the minutes of a meeting held July 28,1977 and
moved the minutes be approved.Trustee Petrocine seconded the
motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
Trustee Robert E.Wagner,Chairman of the Advertising and Public
Relations Committee,read the minutes of a meeting held July 29,
1977 and moved the minutes be approved.Trustee Houston seconded
the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
Trustee N.T.Petrocine,Chairman of the Light and Power Committee,
read the minutes of a meeting held August 4,1977 and moved the
minutes be approved.Trustee Burgess seconded the motion and
upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes:Those
voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd flannels,
Margaret Houston,N.T.Petrocine.Those voting “No”Trustees
Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.
Trustee Rollen Sutter introduced the following resolution and
moved it be passed and adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
That the Mayor and Town Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to sign (1)the Amendment to Contract No.7—07—7O—WO12O
(formerly 14—06—700—8488)by and between the Town of Estes Park
and the United States of America Bureau of Reclamation regarding
payments for the operation and maintenance of the penstock taps
above the Estes Powerplant;and (2)the Agreement by and between

Minutes of a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Pork,Lorimer County,Colorado Meeting held in the Town Hall in soid Town of Estes Pork
on the day of A.D.19....at regular meeting
hour.

the Town of Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan
Recreation District and Park School District #11—3 regarding
payments for the operation and maintenance of the penstock
tap.
Trustee Burgess seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion
passed by the following votes:Those voting ‘Yes”Trustees N.
T.Petrocine,Margaret Houston,Robert E.Wagner,Rollen Sutter,
Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels.Those voting “No”none.
Representatives of Eckankar appeared requesting to use Bond
Park on August 20th for a concert.Trustee Robert E.Burgess
moved the request be denied.Trustee Margaret Houston seconded
the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following
votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,Rollen
Sutter,H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Margaret Houston.
Those voting “No”Trustee Robert E.Wagner.
Vie Waters appeared on behalf of Campus Crusade requesting to
use Bond Park on August 10th at 2:00 p.m.for a “slow motion
football game”.Trustee Margaret Houston moved the request
be granted.Trustee Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll
call the motion unanimously carried.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
