Upon roll call,the motion unanimously carried. Trustee Petrocine moved the action taken by the Planning Commission regarding the Carriage Hills P.U.D.,Phase B be forwarded to the Larimer County Planning Office.Trustee Dannels seconded the motion. Mr.Robert L.Dekker,Director of the Light and Power Department and also the Estes Park member of the P.R.P.A.board,reported on the activities of the Platte River Power Authority. Trustee Dannels introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: The Mayor and Clerk are authorized and are hereby directed to sign the agreement dated May 25,1976 by and between the Town of Estes Park and Wrights Outdoor Amusement Company. Trustee Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call,the motion unanimously carried. Trustee Dannels introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: That the filing date of the application for a new beer,wine and liquor license (Hotel—restaurant)filed by Colony Hotels,Inc.dba The Inn at Estes Park is May 25,1976 and it is hereby ordered that a public hearing on said application shall be held in the Board Room at the Municipal Building, 100 MacGregor Avenue,on July 13,1976,at 7:30 P.M.,and that the neighborhood boundaries for the purpose of said application and hearing shall be the area included within a radius of 3.7 miles as measured from the center of the applicant’s property.
