Minutes of the regular meeting held December 9,1975 were read and
approved as read.
Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels moved the following bills be allowed and
paid and the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for same.(A
Certified copy of the bills read and allowed are on file in the of-:
fice of the Town Clerk under this date and made a part of the record
of these proceedings by reference thereto.)Trustee Wagner seconded
the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes:
Those voting “Yes”Trustees H.Bernerd Dannels,Glenn Prosser,N.T.
Petrocine,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”none.
Trustee Glenn Prosser,Chairman of the Water Committee,read the
minutes of a meeting held December 10,1975 and moved the minutes
be approved.Trustee Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call
the motion unanimously carried.
Trustee Glenn Prosser,Chairman of the Water Committee,also read
the minutes of a meeting held January 6,1976 and moved the minutes
be approved.Trustee Dannels seconded the motion and upon roll call
the motion unanimously carried.
Trustee N.T.Petrocine,Chariman of the Light and Power Committee,
read the minutes of a meeting held December 11,1975 and moved the
minutes be approved.Trustee Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll
call the motion unanimously carried.
Trustee N.T.Petrocine introduced the following resolution and moved
it be passed and adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
That the Mayor and Town Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to sign the Agreement between the Town of Estes Park and
Raymond E.Nelson and Anna Mae Nelson regarding the purchase of
property.
Trustee Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed
by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Glenn Prosser,

Trustee N.T.Petrocine introduced the following resolution and
moved it be passed and adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:fl
That the Mayor and Town Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to sign the Letter Agreement dated November 13,1975
between the Town of Estes Park and the United States Bureau of
Reclamation regarding an analysis and review of the substation
request.
Trustee Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed
by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Glenn Prosser,
H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Rollen Sutter,Robert B.Wagner.
Those voting “No”none.
Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels,Chairman of the Public Works Committee,
read the minutes of a meeting held December 23,1975 and moved the
minutes be approved.Trustee Prosser seconded the motion.Upon
roll call the motion unanimously carried.
Trustee Glenn Prosser,Chairman of the Planning Commission,read
the minutes of a meeting held December 16,1975.
A petition was submitted by Lynn Kinnie requesting that a portion
of his property (southern portion of Lot 45,Grand Estates)be
transferred to the Swickard property (northern portion of Lot 45,
Grand Estates).The requested change in boundary line would not
create any new lots or building sites.Trustee Glenn Prosser moved
that the request be granted.Trustee Wagner seconded the motion.
Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
Trustee Robert B.Wagner introduced the following resolution and
moved it be passed and adopted:

RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
That the Mayor and Town Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to sign the Supplemental Agreement between the Town of
Estes Park and Wesley V.Metzler regarding care and treatment of
impounded dogs.
Trustee Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed
by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Glenn Prosser,
H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.
Those voting “No”none.
Trustee N.T.Petrocine moved the following appointment be made to
the Platte River Power Authority Board of Directors:
Robert L.Dekker
Trustee Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion
unanimously carried.
Neil Rosener appeared before the Board of Trustees requesting to
lay a patch of concrete (approximately 3’by 17’)on a small area of
Town property southwest of his new building to facilitate movement
of his trash container.Mayor Harry B.Tregent referred this request
to the Public Works Committee for further consideration.
The Estes Park Fire Department reported the officers elected for the
year 1976 are as follows:
Fire Chief Robert Chenev
Assistant Fire Chief Jack Rumley
Secretary /Treasurer Kenneth Chapman
Trustee Robert E.Wagner moved the Fire Department elections be
approved.Trustee Dannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call the
motion unanimously carried.

Absent;
A letter was received from David Binns dated December 31,1975
along with several verbal requests from rural alarm owners asking
for a 90 day extension of the present alarm service.Present
negotiations with the County to establish an intergovernmental
contract are requiring more time,therefore,delaying a new service
contract for these rural alarm owners.Trustee Rollen Sutter moved
the 90 day extension of present alarm service be granted.Trustee
Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously
carried.
There being no further business,it was regularly moved,seconded
and carried the meeting adjourn.
