Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert

Absent:Trustees Glenn Prosser and N.T.Petrocine
This special meeting of the Board of Trustees was called by the Mayor for the
purpose of considering right—of—way and tap agreements between the Town of
Estes Park and the Upper Thompson Sanitation District.
The above mentioned documents were reviewed by the Board of Trustees and the
staff.
Trustee II.Bernerd Dannels moved the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the
sewer line right—of—way agreements for the Fall River and Tallant Addition
properties,as well as,the sewer tap agreements for the Fall River and land
fill properties dated October 8,1974.Trustee Robert B.Wagner seconded the
motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
There being no further business,it was regularly moved,seconded and carried
the meeting adjourn.
