Park,Lorimer County,Colorado.Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Pork
on the 9th day of July A,0.192.at regular meeting
hour.

Present:Mayor Harry B.Tregent Trustees:Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd
Dannels,Glenn Prosser,Rollen
Sutter,Robert B.Wagner
Also Present:Town Administrator and Clerk
Absent:Trustee N.T.Petrocine
Trustee Robert B.Burgess introduced and the Clerk read in full the following
entitled ordinance and Trustee Burgess moved it be passed on first and final
reading:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,BY
CREATING A CONSERVATION TRUST FUND AS
PROVIDED IN SECTION 138—1—98,COLORADO
REVISED STATUTES 1963,AS AMENDED,THE
SANE PERTAINING TO FUNDS FOR THE ACQUI
SITION OF INTERESTS IN LAND M WATER
FOR NEW CONSERVATION SITES.
Trustee Robert B.Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the notion
passed by the following voting.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,
H.Bernerd Dannels,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those
voting “No”none.Whereupon Mayor Tregent declared said ordinance duly passed
and adopted and ordered it numbered 15—74 and published according to law.
Trustee Robert E.Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved it be
passed and adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO:
That the Town Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and
directed to execute and deliver,on behalf of the town,an
affidavit to the Colorado Department of Revenue pertaining
to the Town’s Conservation Trust Fund,on the form provided
by said department.
Trustee Glenn Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the notion passed
by the following voting.Those voting “Yes”Trustees H.Bernerd Dannels,Glenn
Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner,Robert B.Burgess.Those voting ‘No”
none.
There being no further business,it was regularly moved,seconded and carried
the meeting adjourn.
