Minutes of a regular meeting held on August 26,1976,were read and approved
as read.
Trustee Robert E.Wagner moved the following bills be allowed and paid and
the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for same.(A Certified copy of the
bills read and allowed are on file in the office of the Town Clerk under this
date and made a part of the record of these proceedings by reference thereto.)
Trustee Rollen Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by
the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd
Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Presser,Rollen Sutter,Robert B.Wagner.Those
voting “No”none.
Trustee Robert E.Wagner introduced and the Clerk read in full the following
entitled ordinance and Trustee Wagner moved it be passed on first and final
reading;
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 9.46.010,9.48.010 AND
9.48.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,ThE SANE PERTAINING TO INTOXICATION AND GAMBLING.
Trustee Glenn Presser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed
by the following votes.Those voting ‘Yes”Trustees H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.
Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner,Robert E.Burgess.
Those voting “No”none.Whereupon Mayor Harry B.Tregent declared said ordinance
duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 22—74 and published according to
law.
Trustee Glenn Prosser introduced and the Clerk read in full the following
entitled ordinance and Trustee Prosser moved it be passed on first and final
reading:
AN ORDINANCE ANENIJING SECTION 9.46.030 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING TO
SOLICITING SALES OF FERMBNTED MALT BEVERAGES,MALT,VINOUS
AND SPIRITUOUS LIQUORS.
Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion
passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees N.T.Petrocine,
Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert B.Wagner,Robert B.Burgess,H.Bernerd
Dannels.Those voting “No”none.Whereupon Mayor Harry B.Tregent declared
said ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 23—74 and
published according to law.

Trustee Robert E.Wagner introduced and the Clerk read in full the following
entitled ordinance:
AN ORDINANCE ANENDING SECTION 16.08.110 AND CHAPTER 17.08 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ThE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING
TO DEFINITIONS OF LOT SETBACK AND BUILDING LINES.
The Board discussed at length building lines and lot setbacks as defined
in the ordinance.Trustee Robert E.Wagner moved the ordinance be tabled
and the matter be turned backover to the Code and Sanitation Committee for
further study.Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels seconded the motion.Upon roll
call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees
Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner,Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernard
flannels,N.T.Petrocine.Those voting ‘No”none.
Trustee Robert E.Wagner,Chairman of the Advertising and Public Relations
Committee ,read the minutes of the meeting held on August 29,1974,and
moved the minutes be approved.Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels seconded the motion.
Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
Trustee Glenn Prosser,Chairman of the Water Committee,read the minutes of
of the meeting held on September 3,1974.Trustee Rollen Sutter moved the
minutes be approved.Trustee Glenn Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll
call the motion unanimously carried.
The Estes Park High School has requested that a high school student be placed
in the business office as a trainee to work two hours per day,five days a
week at a pay rate to be determined.Trustee N.T.Petrocine moved the request
be granted.Trustee H.Bernerd flannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call
the motion unanimously carried.
As provided by law,the Town Clerk submitted the proposed 1975 Budget to the
Board of Trustees for both the Town and Estes Park General Improvement Sewer
District No.1.
Mayor Harry B.Tregent appointed Trustees Rollen Sutter and H.Bernerd flannels
to attend a Wilderness meeting to be held by the National Park Service and the
State Division of Planning on Monday,September 16,1974,at 10:30 AM.
Mayor Harry B.Tregent and Trustees Robert E.Wagner,Robert F.Burgess,
H.Bernerd flannels and Rollen Sutter will attend a Council of Governments
meeting to be held September 12 —13,1974,at the Swiss Village.
There being no further business,it was regularly moved,seconded and carried
the meeting adjourn.
