Minutes of o Rogulax meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Larimer County,Colorado.Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park
on the ...1,9th day of June A.D.192.4.at regular meeting
hour.
Meeting coiled to order by Mayor Harry.B..Tregant
Present:Mayor Harry B.Tregent Trustees:Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd
flannels,N.T.Petrocine,
Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter
Robert E.Wagner
Also Present:Town Administrator and Clerk
Dale G.Hill
Absent:None
Minutes of a regular meeting held on May 27,1974,were read and approved as
read.
Trustee N.T.Petrocine moved the following bills be allowed and paid and
the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for same.(A Certified copy of the
bills read and allowed are on file in the office of the Town Clerk under this
date and made a part of the record of these proceedings by reference thereto.)
Trustee Robert E.Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed
by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,U.
Bernerd flannels,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.
Those voting “No none.
The Clerk submitted a renewal liquor application for the Congressional Corpo
ration dba Fall River Ranch.Trustee Robert E.Wagner moved the renewal
application be approved.Trustee Rollen Sutter seconded the motion.Upon
roll call the motion unanimously carried.
Trustee N.T.Petrocine,Chairman of the Administrative Connittee,read the
minutes of the meeting held on Nay 31,1974,and moved the minutes be approved
and adopted.Trustee Robert E.Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the
motion unanimously carried.
Trustee Glenn Prosser,Chairman of the Water Committee,read the minutes of the
meeting held on June 3,1974,and moved the minutes be approved and adopted.
Trustee Rollen Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously
carried.
Trustee N.T.Petrocine,Chairman of the Light &Power Committee,read the minutes
of the meeting held on June 6,1974,and moved the minutes be approved and adopted.
Trustee Robert B.Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously
carried.
The Clerk announced the Denver Symphony Orchestra will perform in Estes Park on
Stanley Park property on Sunday,July 14,1974.
There being no further business,it was regulary moved,seconded and carried
the meeting adjourn.
