The Board of Trustees proceeded to conduct a public hearing regarding the adop tion of Ordinance 29-71.There were no persons present to speak in favor of or in opposition to the proposed ordinance.Mayor Brodie declared the hearing closed.- Trustee Gerald H.Brownfield introduced and the Town Clerk read in full the following entitled ordinance and Trustee Brownfield moved it be passed on second and final reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 12.2-2,12.6—D-1,12.7-1 AND 12.12-1 (2)OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING TO ZONING AND UNIT DEVELOPMENTS. Trustee Henry D.flannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Henry D. flannels,N.T.Petrocine,Marvin L.Steele,Harry B.Tregent.Those voting “No”none.Whereupon Mayor Ronald C.Brodie declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 29-71 and published according to law. Trustee Henry D.Dannels introduced and the Town Clerk read in full,the following entitled ordinance and Trustee Dannels moved it be passed on first and final reading: All ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21.7-1 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESmS PARK,COLORADO,RELATING TO PLANNING A11D SUBDIVISIONS AND FINAL MAP OR PLAT. Trustee Gerald H.Brownfield seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Gerald H.Brop— field,Henry D.Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Marvin L.Steele,Harry B.Tregent. Those voting “No”none.Whereupon Mayor Ronald C.Brodie declared said or dinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 30-71 and published according to law. Cooper and Dorothy J.Cooper dba Lazy T Motor Lodge,1600 Big Thompson Wy, Estes Park,Colorado be approved.Trustee Marvin L.Steele seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously. Trustee Gerald H.Brownfield moved that the liquor license renewal for Paul F. Mutchier and Dorothea E.Mutchler dba Rock Acres Dining Room,500 McGregor Avenue,Estes Park,Colorado be approved.Trustee Marvin L.Steele seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Trustee Henry B.Dannels moved that the liquor license renewal for Dr.Harry A.Schroeder and Dr.Harry L.Schroeder dba Edel Haus,1350 Big Thompson Avenue,Estes Park,Colorado be approved.Trustee N.T.Petrocine seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously. Trustee Gerald H.Brownfield moved that the liquor license renewal for James Cullor dba Club Jubilee,120 West Elkhorn Avenue,Estes Park,Colorado be approved.Trustee Henry D.Dannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Meeting called to order by Mayor Present:Mayor Also Present: Absent: Trustees: Mr.Dan Forbess appeared before the Board representing Cablevision of Estes Park and requested permission to provide live TA’.coverage of the Board of Trustees meetings.After considerable discussion,Mr.Forbesjas given approval to televise those portions of the meetings he feels!%e desirable to his audience. The Board reserved the right to limit T.V.coverage should it become objectionable. The Clerk read the minutes of the Estes Park Planning Commission meeting on November 16,1971. Trustee N.T.Petrocine,Chairman of the Public Safety Committee read the minutes of the meeting held on November 17,1971,and moved that the minutes be approved and adopted.Trustee Gerald H.Brownfield seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. A letter from the Estes Park knbulance Service,Inc.by James Conant was read to -the Board of Trustees.This letter contained Mr.Conant’s desire to terminate tie contract a per pararaph 6,page 3.The date of terminatitn would be January 17,1972.Trustee Petrocine moved the letter of termination be accepted. Trustee Gerald H.Brownfield seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Gerald H.Brownfield, Henry V.Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Marvin L.Steele.Those voting “No’Trustee Harry B.Tregent. -;Trustee Gerald H.Brownfield,Chairman of the Code and Sanitation Connittee, read the minutes of the meeting held on November 18,1971 and moved that the minutes be approved and adopted.Trustee Henry D.flannels seconded the motion. roll call the motion unanimously carried. --& The State Highway Department has requested permission to place a third trailer house on Town property near the dump on Spur 66 West of Estes Park.After tonsiderable discussion,Trustee Dannels moved that permission be granted pro viding the placement of the trailer house is temporary and that the State High way Department will proceed with the oiling of the access road to the dump. Trustee Tregent seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Gerald II.Brownfield,Henry fi. flannels,N.T.Petrocine,Marvin L.Steele,Harry B.Tregent.Those voting “No”none.- Trustee Henry fi.flannels moved that the Salvation Army be allowed to place a kettle on downtown sidewalks (location to be approved by Trustee N.T.Petrocine and the Chief of Police).Trustee Harry B.Tregent seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Gerald H.Brownfield,Henry D.flannels,N.T.Petrocine,Marvin L.Steele,Harry B.Tregent.Those voting “No”none. flustee Henry B.flannels moved that the plat of “Sunny Hill”a Subdivision of a portion of Lot 21,Little Prospect Mountain Addition to the Town of Estes Tàrk;being a portion of Section 30,T5N,1172W of the 6th P.M.be given final approval.Trustee Gerald H.Brownfield seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Gerald H.
