Present:MayorRonald C.Brodie Trustees:Gerald H.Brownfield,Henry B.
flannels,Marvin L.Steele
Also Present:Town Administrator &Cleric Dale G.Hill
Absent:N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Harry B.Tregent
Trustee Gerald H.Brownfield moved due to the fact that a quorum was not
present that the meeting be adjourned to the regular meeting of March 22,
1971.Trustee Marvin L.Steele seconded the motion.Upon roll call the
motion unanimously carried.
Meeting adjourned.
