Meeting called to order by Mayor .A°yqW Brodie
Present:Mayor Ronald C.Brodie Trustees:Henry D.Dannels,13.S.Erickson,
William F.Grove,N.P.Petrocine,
Marvin L.Steele,Harry B.Tregent
Also Present:Town Administrator and Clerk Dale G.Hill
Absent:
Trustee E.S.Erickson introduced the following resolution and moved it
be passed and adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
That Edward J.Hummer be and he is hereby appointed acting
Municipal Judge for a term to expire on the date of the next election
of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park.
Trustee William F.Grove seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion
passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Henry P.
Dannels,E.S.Erickson,William F.Grove,N.T.Petrocine,Marvin L.
Steele,Harry B.Tregent.Those voting “No”none.
Trustee Marvin L.Steele introduced the following resolution and moved
it be passed and adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
That ordinance number 387 passed and adopted on January 12,1970,
be re-numbered 1-70.
Trustee Henry P.Dannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion
passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Henry D.
flannels,E.S.Erickson,William F.Grove,N.T.Petrocine,Marvin L.
Steele,Harry B.Tregent.Those voting “No”none.
There being no further business,it was regularly moved,seconded and
carried that the meeting adjourn.
