Minutes of a ..ra1r meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Larimer County,Colorado.Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park
on the .9th day of Novembe A.D.1929.at regular meeting
hour.
Meeting called to order by Mayor ..9’?9.S•.
Present:Mayor Ronald C.Brodie Trustees:Henry D.flannels,N.T.Petrocine,
Glenn Prosser,Marvin L.Steele,
Harry B.Tregent
Also Present:Town Administrator &Clerk Dale G.Hill
Absent:Gerald H.Brownfield
Minutes of the regular meeting held October 26,1970 were read and
approved as read.
Trustee Henry 13.flannels moved the following bills be allowed and paid
and the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for same.(A Certified copy
of the bills read and allowed are on file in the office of the Town Clerk
under this date and made a part of the record of these proceedings by
reference thereto.)Trustee Harry B.Tregent seconded the motion.Upon
roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”
Trustees Henry 13.flannels,Glenn Prosser,Marvin L.Steele,Harry B.
Tregent.Those voting “No”none.
An application for a renewal of a Liquor Licensed Drug Store License
was submitted for Norbert L.Aldrich,dba Alpine Pharmacy,190 East
Elkhorn Avenue,Estes Park,Colorado.Trustee Glenn Prosser moved the
application be approved.Trustee Marvin L.Steele seconded the motion.
Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
An application for a renewal of a Beer,Wine and Spirituous Liquor License,
for sale in hotels or restaurants by the drink only was submitted for James
Cullor,dba Club Jubilee,120 West Elkhorn Avenue,Estes Park,Colorado.
Trustee Marvin L.Steele moved the application be approved.Trustee Henry
13.flannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously
carried.
An application for a renewal of a Beer,Wine and Spirituous Liquor License,
for sale in hotels or restaurants by the drink only was submitted for Galco,
Inc.,dba Old Gaslight Pub,260—A Moraine Avenue,Estes Park,Cblorado.
Trustee Harry B.Tregent moved the application be approved.Trustee Marvin
L.Steele seàonded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously
carried.
An application for a renewal of a Beer,Wine and Spirituous Liquor License,
for sale in hotels or restaurants by the drink only,was submitted for
Paul P.and Dorothea MCitchler,dba Rock Acres,1200 MacGregor Avenue,
Estes Park,Colorado.Trustee Henry 13.Dannels moved the application be
approved.Trustee Glenn Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the
motion unanimously carried.
Trustee N.T.Petrocine arrived and took his seat on the council.
An application for change in ownership for the Mountain Dew Liquor Store,
1126 South Saint Vram Avenue,Estes Park,Colorado from William E.
Robertson to Charles J.and Doris M.Pazio was presented to the Board of
Trustees for their approval.The police department investigation of the
applicant was reviewed by the Board of Trustees.Trustee Harry B.Tregent
moved this application be approved.Trustee Marvin L.Steele seconded the
motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.

Minutes of a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Larimer County.Colorado.Meeting held in the Tawn Hall in said Town of Estes Park
on the day of A.D.19....at regular meeting
hour.

Trustee Henry P.flannels,Chairman of the Water Committee,reportád on a
Water Committee meeting as itemized in the minutes of November 2,1970,
and moved the minutes be accepted.Trustee Glenn Prosser seconded the
motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
The proposed agreement between the Town of Estes Park and Mr.P.A.
Lienemann was reviewed by the Board of Trustees.Mayor Ronald C.Brodie
tabled the approval of this agreement until such time as Mr.P.A.
Lienemann has returned signed copies of the agreement.
The Town Administrator submitted a revised “Application for Water Tap
Outside the Town Limits”.Trustee Henry P.Dannels moved this revised
form be approved and used by the Water Department.Trustee Glenn Prosser
seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
Trustee Marvin L.Steele,Chairman of the Public Works Committee,re
ported on a Public Works Committee meeting as itemized in the minutes
of November 5,1970 and moved the minutes be accepted with the excep
tion that the reference to the Walker sewer line will be subject to the
Public Works Committee agreeing to certain land uses fronting on West
Riverside Parkway.Trustee Harry B.Tregent seconded the motion.Upon
roll call the motion unanimously carried.
A letter,dated October 26,1970,from the Community Church of the Rockies
objecting to parades on Sunday morning was read to the Board of Trustees.
Mayor Ronald C.Brodie referred this letter to the Public Safety Committee.
There being no further business,it was regularly moved,seconded and
carried that the meeting adjourn.
