AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE JXXN OF FSTFS PARK,COLORADO,THE SAME
PERTAINING TO INSURANCE COVERAGE PERTAINING TO
MDVING BUIlDINGS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE 2XMN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
SEUPIW 1.Section 14.28.050 of the Municipal Code of the Thwn of Estes
Park,Colorado shall be amanded to read as follows:
Bond and certificate of insurance required.A surety bond in an
amount to be determined by the building inspector shall he required before any
permit is issued hereunder,when in the discretion of the building inspector the
biilding to be noved is of such size or condition that the novanent thereof
might result in damage to the Thwn property or to the property of any other
person,and a certificate of insurance nust be furnished to the buiJiling
inspector of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars public liability for bodily
injury per person,Four Hundred Thousand Dollars per accident and Fifty Thousand
Dollars property damage per occurrence.
