NATICAL ELECTRICAL CODE,1987 EDITICX4
WHERgAS,on the 14th day of April ,1987,the Board of Trustees
of the Town of Estee Park held a Public Hearing on the adoption of the 1987
edition of the The National Electrical Code;and
WHEREAS,Notice of said Hearing was published as provided in Section
31—16—203 C.R.S.;and
WHEREAS,prior ft the adoption of the National Electrical Code,1987
Edition,by reference,this adoptive Ordinance and copies of said Code were
introduced to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park at the regular
meeting of said Board on the 10th day of March ,1987.
BE IT ORDAINED BY ThE BQMRD OF TRUSTEES OF THE ‘TOWN OF FSThS PAW,COWRALO:
Section 1.That Section 14.20.010 of the Municipal Code of the ‘Itnqn of
Estes Park,Colorado shall be amended to read as follows:
Section 14.20.010 National Electrical Code,1987 ——is adopted.
The 1987 Edition of the National Electrical Code adopted by
the National Fire Protection Association,Inc.on the 21st
day of May,1986 in Atlanta,Georgia,is enacted and adopted
by reference as a primary code and incorporated in this
Chapter as if set out in length.
Section 2.That Section 14.20.015 of the Municipal Code of the Town of
Estes Park,shall be amended to read as follows:
Section 14.20.015 National Electrical Code,1987 ———violation.
A.It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the
provisions stated or adopted in the National Electrical
Code,1987 Edition.
B.Every person convicted of a violation of any provisions
stated or adopted in the National Electrical Code,1987
Eattion,shail be punished as set forth in Section
1.20.020 of this Code.
Section 3.This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced thirty days
after its adoption and subsequent publication.
