ORDINANCE NO.3-87
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,THE SANE PERTAINING TO
NON-CONFORMING BUILDINGS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK COLORADO:
Section 1.That Chapter 17.16.040,Subparagraph D.of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,shall be
amended thereto to read as follows:
F.Alteration.A non-conforming building shall not be
structurally altered,enlarged or extended.In the
E,R-S and R—M Districts,structural alterations,
enlargements or extensions may be permitted proviced
the Building Inspector and Town Planner make a
determination that said enlargement or extension
does not encroach upon any applicable setback.
Section 2.This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
30 days after its passage,adoption and signature of the
Mayor.
