ORDINANCE NO.2-87
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
A PARKING LOT ON WEST RIVERSIDE
DRIVE,ESTES PARK,COLORADO
WHEREAS,the Town of Estes Park owns real property in the
Town known as West Riverside Drive;and
WHEREAS,the Town desires to close that part of West
Riverside Drive between Ivy Street and Rockwell Street for the
purpose of expanding the existing parking lot on the eastern side
of said part of Riverside Drive;and
WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of Section
31—15—711(1)(f),C.R.S.,the Town has authority to establish
parking lots by ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
1.The Town of Estes Park shall close that part of West
Riverside Drive between Ivy Street and Rockwell Street.
2.The Town shall expand the existing parking lot on the
eastern side of West Riverside Drive to include the closed part
thereof.
