ORDINANCE NO.30-87
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY WITHIN THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,KNOWN AS DEVON
HILLS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS,on the 3rd day of November,1987,the Board of
Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado held a public
hearing on the rezoning of the property known as DEVON HILLS
SUBDIVISION;and
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees has determined that said
property will be rezoned E-Estate District.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.The real property known as DEVON HILLS SUBDIVI
SION to the Town of Estes Park is hereby rezoned E—Estate
District.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30)days after its adoption and subsequent publica
tion.
