AN ORDINANCE AMENDING EASEMENTS AND
RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR LOTS 20,21,AND 22 LAKE
VIEW TRACTS,TOWN OF ESTEE PARK,COLORADO
WHEREAS,Lake View Tracts,Town of Estes Park,County of
Larimer,State of Colorado is a subdivision within the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado;and
WHEREAS,on July 14,1947,the Board of Trustees of the Town
of Estes Park accepted the plat of Lake View Tracts,a subdivi
sion of a part of Lot 4 of Stanley Meadows Addition to the Town
of Estes Park;and
WHEREAS,said plat dedicated rights—of-way to the Town of
Estes Park for the purpose of laying and maintaining water,
sewer,electric and telephone lines over and across all lots,
streets,alleys and other public ways;and
WHEREAS,Lots 20,21,and 22 of Lake View Tracts have been
replated as Mi Casa Subdivision,a P.U.D.;and
WHEREAS,in that plating process all of said rights-of—way
for water,sewer,electric,and telephone lines have been changed
and new ones dedicated for public use;and
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park has
determined that the rights—of—way for water,sewer,electric and
telephone lines over and across Lots 20,21,and 22 of Lake View
Tracts should be vacated.
NOW,THEREFORE,he it ordained by the Board of Trustees of
the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,as follows:
1.All rights—of—way for the purpose of laying and main
taining water,sewer,electric and telephone lines
under,upon and over and across Lots 20,21,and 22 Lake
View Tracts,a subdivision of a part of Lot 4,of
Stanley Meadows Addition to the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado,pursuant to the plat of said subdivision are
hereby vacated.
2.All easements and rights—of—way for water,sewer,
electric,telephone lines,and other utilities over,

upon and through Mi Casa Subdivision,a P.U.D.,Lots 20,
21,and 22 Lake View Tracts are hereby reaffirmed.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)days
after its adoption and subsequent publication.
