ORDINANCE NO.20—87
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PUBLIC ROAD KNOWN AS
KRISTI LANE,ESTES PARK,COLORADO
WHEREAS,Section 43—2—303,C.R.S.,1973,provides that the
Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,may vacate
any roadway or part thereof located within the corporate limits
of the Town;and
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado has determined that it is in the best interest of the
Town to vacate a roadway known as Kristi Lane located in Stanley
Hills Subdivision of the Town of Estes Park;and
WHEREAS,the vacation of said roadway will not leave any
land adjoining said roadway without an established public road
connecting said land with another established public road.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
1.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado hereby vacates,pursuant to the applicable
provisions of Part 3 of Article 2 of Title 43,Colorado
Revised Statutes,1973,the following described roadway:
Open Space Lot E,as the same is
more fully set forth in the plat of
Stanley Hills Subdivision,a plat
of the first filing of Stanley
Hills Planned Unit Development,a
Subdivision of Tract 4 and 5 in the
Stanley Addition to the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado.
Also known as Kristi Lane.
2.This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30)days after its adoption and subsequent publication.
