AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECYICtJ 17.66.330 and
SEL’flC 17.66.340 OF THE MUNICIPAL (DDE OF THE
T0½N OP FSTES PARK,COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING
70 APPLIC7\TIW FEES FOR SIGNS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TRUSTEES Of’THE TOWN OP ESTES PARK,COlORADO:
SECI’ICtJ 1.Section 17.66.330 (C)(7)of the Municipal Code of the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado shall be anended to read as follows:
7.Any additional information which the applicant feels may supprnrt
the request.
Each application shall be accarpanied by an application fee of
fifty dollars to cover the costs of processing and publication.Said fee shall
be in addition to the sign permit fee required in Section 17.66.160.
SECflW 2.Section 17.66.340 (C)(2)of the Municipal Code of the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado shall be anended to read as follows:
2.The fee for fihirq an appeal,or a request for a variance,or the
two in the alternative,shall be fifty dollars.
SECTIW 3.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,
herewith finds,determines and designates that this Ordinance is necessary for
the imnediate preservation of the public peace,health and safety,in order to
innediately collect the necessary fees;and whereas,in the opinion of the Board
of Trustees,an nergency exists,this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force imnediately after its passage,adoption and signature of the Mayor.
