aQORDINANCENO9-96ANORDINANCEDELETINGSECTION10.04.020(c)OFTHEMUNICIPALCODEOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARKCONCERNINGOVERTIMEPARKINGFINESWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,hasdeterminedthatitisinthebestinterestsoftheTowntorepealSection10.04.020(c)oftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesPark,thesameconcerningfinesforovertimeparking.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO.Section1.Section10.04.020(c)oftheMunicipalCodeisherebyrepealed.Section2.TheadoptionofthisOrdinanceisherebydeclaredtobeanemergencyinordertohaveineffectafinescheduleforovertimeparkingforthesummerseason,and;WHEREAS,itistheopinionoftheBoardofTrusteesthatanemergencyexistsandthisOrdinanceshalltakeeffectandbeenforcedimmediatelyafteritspassage,adoptionandsignaturebytheMayor.PASSEDANDADOPTEDBYTHEBOARDOVTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOTHIS/4LDAYOF7)tt,1996.TOWN/FESTESPARKBY.Jgf)%%MyorATTEST:TownClerkIherebycertifythattheaboveOrdinancewasintroducedandreadatameetingoftheBoardofTrusteesonthe4dayof______1996,andpublishedinanewspaperofgeneralcirculationinó’theTownofEstesPark,ColoradoontheflQdayoflkLQ...1996.TownClerk 00
