0...ORDINANCENO.18-SBANORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER10.16OFTHEMUNICIPALCODEOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,THESAMEPERTAININGTORECREATIONALVEHICLES,TRAVELTRAILERSANDTENTSBEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:SECTION1.ThatChapter10.16oftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,shallbeamendedasfollows:10.16.010Regulations.A.Norecreationalvehiclenortraveltrailer,asthesamearedefinedinSection17.08.030,shallbeparkedonanyofthestreets,alleys,highways,parkinglots,orotherpublicwaysoftheTowninviolationofanyparkingregulationoftheTown.Innoeventshallanyrecreationalvehiclenortraveltrailerbeparkedonanyofthestreets,alleys,highways,parkinglotsorotherpublicplaceoftheTownforaperiodgreaterthaneighteenconsecutivehours.B.Norecreationalvehiclenortraveltrailer,asthesamearedefinedinSection17.08.030,shallbeusedforlivingorsleepingpurposesorasastore,office,orplaceforthecarryingonofabusiness,tradeorprofessionwithintheTown.C.Anyrecreationalvehicleortraveltrailer,asthesamearedefinedinSection17.08.030,maybeparkedforaperiodofgreaterthaneighteenconsecutivehoursandusedforlivingorsleepingpurposesinanyrecreationalvehicleparkapprovedpursuanttotheprovisionsofChapter17.32oftheMunicipalCode.D.Notentshallbeusedforlivingorsleepingpurposesorasastore,office,orplaceforcarryingonofabusiness,tradeorprofessionwithintheTownexceptasanaccessoryusetoaresidence.Saidaccessoryuseshallbeonlyonatemporarybasis,notexceedingaperiodofsevenconsecutivedays.SECTION2.TheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,herewithfinds,determinesanddesignatesthatthisOrdinanceisnecessaryinordertoimmediatelypreventtheuseofrecreationalvehiclesforlivingpurposesuponthestreetsofEstesPark;andwhereas,intheopinionoftheBoardofTrustees, •.00 CI.00anemergencyexists,thisOrdinanceshalltakeeffectandbeinforceimmediatelyafteritspassage,adoptionandsignatureoftheMayor.TOWNOFESTESPARKBy:____M4orATTEST:&4iTownClerkIherebycertifythattheaboveOrdinancewasintroducp4dandreadatameetingoftheBoardofTrusteesonthe9dayof____________1988,andpublishedinanewspaperofgeneralcircu’iatiqnintheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,onthex2-dayof_____________,1988.1Z_L4.TownClerk—2— 00
