0•Waterheatersshallbeofatwo—elementstoragetypeapprovedbytheTown.Eachelementshallbenoninductiveandshallbeconnectedthroughaseparatethermostat.Thecapacityratingofthelowerandupperunitsshallbetwentyandthirtywattspergallon,respectively,tothenearestNEMAStandard.Waterheatersofthequick—recoverytypeshallbefortygallonsorlargerandthecapacityratingofeachofthelowerandupperelementsshallnotexceedfivethousandwatts.Theupperthermostatandelementshallbeinterconnectedwiththelowerthermostatandelementtoallowoperationofonlyoneelementatthesametime.Thelower,orbase,elementshallbeplacedsoastoheattheentiretank,andtheupper,orbooster,elementshallbeplacedsoastoheatnotmorethantheupperone—thirdofthetank.Eachspaceheatingelementoveronethousandsixhundredfiftywattsshallbeindividuallycontrolledbyathermostat.Nosinglespaceheatingelementshallhavearatedcapacitygreaterthanfivekilowatts.Nothermostatshallcontrolmorethanfivekilowatts.13.12.050Rate4——Generalservicesmall.***B.Availability.Thisscheduleisavailableforbusinesslightingandsmallpowerloadsofthirty—fivekilowattsmaximumdemandsorlessandtoresidentialconsumersrequiringservicecommencingafterAugust1,1981,havingelectricheatasaprimaryorauxiliaryenergysourceforspaceheatinginindividuallymeteredsingle—familyprivatedwellingsorindividuallymeteredapartments.Allservicewillbesuppliedonlythroughasinglemeter.Thisserviceisavailableatsingleorthree—phaseatvoltageavailableatthecustomerservicelocation.Thisscheduleisnotavailableforresaleservice.F.ConditionsofService.Serviceprovidedunderthisratescheduleshallbesubjecttoalllightandpowerdepartmentgeneralandspecificrulesandregulationsandextensionpoliciesandsuchrulesandregulationsassetforthinappropriatetariffsheetsonfile.Ifanaccountrequestsserviceunderthisschedule,itshallberequiredtoremainonthisschedulefornotlessthantwelvemonths.—2— 0Luminouselectricdischargetubesorotherequipmentofinherentlylowpowerfactorcharacteristicsshall,atalltimes,beprovidedwitheffectivepowerfactorcorrectionsuchthatthepowerfactorofcustomer’selectricserviceisnotlessthanninetypercent.Waterheatersshallbeoftwo-elementstoragetypeapprovedbytheTown.Eachelementshallbenoninductiveandshallbeconnectedthroughaseparatethermostat.Thecapacityratingofthelowerandupperunitsshallbetwentyandthirtywattspergallon,respectively,tothenearestNEMAstandard.Waterheatersofthequick-recoverytypeshallbefortygallonsorlargerandthecapacityratingofeachofthelowerandupperelementsshallnotexceedfivethousandwatts.Theupperthermostatandelementshallbeinterconnectedwiththelowerthermostatandelementtoallowoperationofonlyoneelementatthesametime.Thelower,orbase,elementshallbeplacedsoastoheattheentiretank,andtheupper,orbooster,elementshallbeplacedsoastoheatnotmorethantheupperone-thirdofthetank.Section2.Exceptashereinspecificallyamended,chapter13andallordinancesorpartsofordinancesoftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesParkrelativetotheLightandPowerDepartmentshallbeandherebyaredesignatedtoremaininfullforceandeffectandareherebyratified,confirmedandapproved.Section3.TheBoardofTrusteesherebyauthorizestheTownAdministratorandotherofficialsoftheTowntotakesuchactionasmaybenecessarytoimplementtherateclassificationmodificationscontainedinthisOrdinance.Section4.AllactionsheretoforetakenbytheTown,theLightandPowerDepartmentanditsagents,withreferencetothemodificationofelectricrateclassificationsashereinadopted,areherebyratified,approvedandconfirmed.Section5.TheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstes•Park,Colorado,herewithfinds,determinesanddesignatesthat---
