AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING TO ADMINIS
TRATION AND PERSONNEL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 2.52.020 of the Municipal Code of
the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended thereto to read as
follows:
2.52.020 Compensation of municipal judges.The municipal
judge shall receive,as compensation for his services,an
annual salary of Nine Thousand Six Hundred Thirty—seven
Dollars ($9,637.00);the assistant municipal judge shall
receive,as compensation for his services,an annual salary
of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00);provided,that any
municipal judge who serves for only a part of a year shall
receive for his compensation only a pro rata portion of the
foregoing annual salary based upon the number of days he
actually serves as a municipal judge or assistant municipal
judge.
Section 2.That Section 2.52.030 of the Municipal Code of
the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,shall be amended to read as
follows:
2.52.040 Compensation of the clerk of the municipal court.
The clerk of the municipal court shall receive,as compen
sation for his/her services as a clerk of the municipal
court,an annual salary of Three Thousand Nine Hundred
Fifty-Nine Dollars ($3,959.00);provided,that any clerk of
the municipal court who serves only a part of a year shall
receive for his/her compensation only that portion of the
foregoing annual salary as determined by the portion of the
year he/she actually serves as a clerk of the municipal
court.
Section 3.This amendment shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30)days after its adoption and subsequent publication.
