0CORDINANCENO.2—89ANORDINANCEAMENDINGSECTION10.20.010ANDSECTION10.20.020OFTHEMUNICIPALCODEOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,THESAMEPERTAININGTOOVERTIMEPARKINGANDILLEGALPARKINGBEITORDAINEDBYTHETRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:SECTION1.Section10.20.010oftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,shallbeamendedtoreadasfollows:10.20.010OvertimeParking.AnypersonconvictedofaparkingviolationforovertimeparkingundertheprovisionsoftheModelTrafficCodeshallbefinedthesumofFIVEDOLLARS($5.00)foreachviolation.SECTION2.Section10.20.020oftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,shallbeamendedtoreadasfollows:10.20.020IllegalParking.AnypersonconvictedofillegalorunlawfulparkingundertheprovisionsoftheModelTrafficCodeshallbefinedTENDOLLARS($10.00)foreachviolation.SECTION3.TheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,herewithfinds,determinesanddesignatesthatthisOrdinanceisnecessaryfortheimmediatepreservationofthepublicpeace,healthandsafety,inordertoimmediatelycollectthenecessaryfees;andwhereas,intheopinionoftheBoardofTrustees,anemergencyexists,thisOrdinanceshalltakeeffectandbeinforceimmediatelyafteritspassage,adoptionandsignatureoftheMayor.TOWNOFESTESPARKBy:____MayorATTEST:TownClerk 00 ooIherebycertifythattheaboveOrdinancewasintroducedandreadatameetingoftheBoardofTrusteesonthef—-dayofMarch,1989,andpublishedinanewspaperofgeneralcirculationintheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,onthe______dayofMarch,1989.TôwnClerk—2— 00
