00ORDINANCE15-90ANORDINANCEAMENDINGSECTION2.52.020ANDSECTION2.52.040OFTHEMUNICIPALCODEOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,WITHREGARDTOSALARIESOFTHEMUNICIPALJUDGEANDCLERKOFTHEMUNICIPALCOURTBEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:section1.Section2.52.020oftheMunicipalCodeisamendedtoreadasfollows:TheMunicipalJudgeshallreceiveascompensationforhisservicesanannualsalaryoftenthousand,onehundredtwentydollars;theAssistantMunicipalJudgeshallreceiveascompensationforhisservicesanannualsalaryofeighthundreddollars;provided,thatanyMunicipalJudgewhoservesforonlyapartoftheyearshallreceiveforhiscompensationonlyaprorataportionoftheforegoingannualsalarybaseduponthenumberofdaysheactuallyservesasaMunicipalJudgeorAssistantMunicipalJudge.section2.Section2.52.040oftheMunicipalCodeisamendedtoreadasfollows:TheClerkoftheMunicipalCourtshallreceiveascompensationforhis/herservicesasaClerkoftheMunicipalCourtanannualsalaryoffourthousandonehundredfiftydollars;provided,thatanyClerkoftheMunicipalCourtwhoservesonlyapartofayearshallreceiveforhis/hercompensationonlythatportionoftheyearhe/sheactuallyservesasaClerkoftheMunicipalCourt.section3.TheadoptionoftheordinanceisherebydeclaredanemergencyduetothefactthattheaboveincreasesareeffectiveasofDecember27,1990.WIEREAS,itistheopinionoftheBoardofTrusteesthatanemergencyexists,thisordinanceshalltakeeffectandbeenforcedasofDecember27,1990,afteritspassage,adoptionandsignatureoftheMayor.PASSEDANDADOPTEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUçFEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,THIS//>DAYOF/Ue>ze-,tA-tI,1990.TOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOBy:______Mayor 00 00ATTEST:TownClerkIherebycertifythattheaboveordinancewasintroducedandreadameetiçgoftheBoardofTrusteesonthe//-dayof________________1990,andpublishedinanewspaperofgeneralpublicati9pintheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,onthe/1dayofa<UAc1-7&At4),1990.townClerk 00
