CaORDINANCENO.12-90ANORDINANCEADDINGSECTION2.20.060TOTHEMUNICIPALCODEOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARKTOALLOWFORTHEAPPOINTMENTOFADEPUTYTOWNCLERKBEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARE,COLORADO.Section1.Chapter2.20oftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesParkshallbeamendedbytheadditionofSection2.20.060toreadasfollows:TheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark,ColoradomayappointaqualifiedpersontoserveasDeputyTownClerk.IntheeventthattheTownClerkisunabletoperformthedutiesofTownClerk,theDeputyTownClerkshallperformthedutiesofTownClerkexceptforthesigningofwarrants.Section2.TheadoptionofthisOrdinanceisherebydeclaredanemergencyduetothefactthatitisnecessarytoimmediatelyappointaDeputyTownClerktoperformthedutiesoftheTownClerk,exceptforthesigningofwarrants;andWHEREAS,itistheopinionoftheBoardofTrusteesthatanemergencyexistsandthisOrdinanceshalltakeeffectandbeenforcedimmediatelyafteritspassage,adoptionandsignatureoftheMayor. 00 00PASSEDANDADOPTEDBYTHEBOARDOFUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,THIS9dayof_______________,1990.TOWNOFESTESPARKayorATTEST:TownClerkIherebycertifythattheaboveOrdinancewasintroducedandreadatameetingoftheBoardofTrusteesonthe9f’dayof________1990,andpublishedinanewspaperofgeneralcircultionintheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,onthe/74dayof____________1990.TownClerk aa
