&0ORDINANCENO:11-90ANORDINANCEAUTHORIZINGEXECUTIONANDDELIVERYOFALOANAGREEMENTANDGOVERNMENTALAGENCYBONDBEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:WHEREAS,theColoradoWaterResourcesandPowerDevelopmentAuthority(the“Authority”)hasissueditsSmallWaterResourcesRevenueBonds,1990SeriesAtofinancealoantoTheTownofEstesPark,(the“GovernmentalAgency”)pursuanttoaLoanAgreement(the“LoanAgreement”),datedasofOctober1,1990,betweentheAuthorityandtheGovernmentalAgency;andWHEREAS,inordertoevidenceitsobligationsundertheLoanAgreement,theGovernmentalAgencyisrequiredtoissuetheBondintheformattachedtotheLoanAgreementandWHEREAS,thereisherebysubmittedtothismeetingaformoftheLoanAgreementandtheGovernmentalAgencyBond.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:1.TheformoftheLoanAgreementintheformsubmittedtothismeetingandtheGovernmentalAgencyBondintheformattachedtheretoisherebyapprovedinallrespects,andtheMayorandTownClerkareherebyauthorizedanddirectedto•executeanddeliverforandonbehalfandinthenameoftheGovernmentalAgency,theLoanAgreementandtheGovernmentalAgencyBondwithsuchchangesandrevisionsassaidMayorandTownClerk,shalldeemadvisable,saidexecutionanddeliverytobeconclusiveevidenceofsuchapproval.
