HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 12-91ED0ORDINANCENO.12-91ANORDINANCEPERMITTINGASIGNFORTHEESTESVALLEYPUBLICLIBRARYWHEREAS,TheEstesValleyPublicLibraryDistrictwishestoplaceafreestandingidentificationsignfortheEstesValleyPublicLibraryuponpropertyownedbytheTownofEstesPark,whichisoffpremisesfromthesiteoftheEstesValleyPublicLibrary;andWHEREAS,Section17.66.190(b)(5)permitssignsspecificallyauthorizedbyordinancetobeplacedasspecifiedinsaidordinance.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO.1.PursuanttotheprovisionsofSection17.66.190(b)(5),theEstesValleyPublicLibraryDistrictisherebyauthorizedtoplacetheidentificationsignfortheEstesValleyPublicLibraryinalocationandofthesize,height,constructionandilluminationasmorespecificallydescribedonExhibitAattachedheretoandincorporatedhereinbytinsreference.2.TheadoptionofthisOrdinanceisherebydeclaredanemergencyduetothefactthatitisnecessarytoimmediatelyallowtheconstructionoftheEstesValleyPublicLibrarysign;andWHEREAS,itistheopinionoftheBoardofTrusteesthatanemergencyexistsandthisOrdinanceshalltakeeffectandbeenforcedimmediatelyafteritspassage,adoptionandsignatureoftheMayor.PASSEDANDADOPTEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOTHIS2SttDAYOF.e-\,z,1991.TOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOBy:___MayorATTEST:TownClerk
