0CORDINANCENO.3-91ANORDINANCEREGARDINGLIQUORANDBEERAPPLICATIONFEES.BEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Section1.TheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesPark,ColoradoisamendedbyaddinganewChapter5.30toreadasfollows:5.30.010LiquorandBeerApplicationFees.EachapplicationtotheTownfora3.2%beer,malt,spirituousorvinousliquorlicenseshallbeaccompaniedbyafeeasfollows:A.Foranewlicense,fourhundredandfiftydollars.B.Foratransferoflocationorownership,twohundredfiftydollars.C.Forarenewalofanexistinglicense,twenty—fivedollars.D.Forachangeofregisteredmanagerforahotelandrestaurantlicense,seventy—fivedollars.Section2.ThisOrdinanceshalltakeeffectasofFebruary12,1991.Section3.TheadoptionofthisOrdinanceisherebydeclaredanemergencyduetothefactthatitisnecessarytoimmediatelyimposetheabovestatedLiquorandBeerApplicationFeesand;WHEREAS,itistheopinionoftheBoardofTrusteesthatanemergencyexistsandthisOrdinanceshalltakeeffectandbeenforcedinunediatelyafteritspassage,adoptionandsignatureoftheMayor.PASSEDANDADOPTEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOTHISDAYOFtcca.e,1991.aTOWNOFESTESPARKBy:____________________MayorATTEST:TownClerk 0 oCIherebycertifythattheaboveordinancewasintroducedandreadatameetingoftheBoardofTrusteesonthe-Z-dayof1991,andpublishedinanewspaperofgeneralpublicatiortintheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,ontherdayof___________________,1991.p//4I-ActC-TownClerk—2— 00
