c)0ORDINANCE12-92ANORDINANCEAMENDINGSECTION2.52.020ANDSECTION2.52.040OFTHEMUNICIPALCODEOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,WITHREGARDTOSALARIESOFTHEMUNICIPALJUDGEANDCLERKOFThEMUNICIPALCOURTBEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:sectioni.section2.52.020oftheMunicipalCodeisamendedtoreadasfollows:TheMunicipalJudgeshallreceiveascompensationforhisservicesanannualsalaryofeleventhousand,onehundredthirtydollars($11,130);theAssistantMunicipalJudgeshallreceiveascompensationforhisservicesanannualsalaryofeighthundreddollars;provided,thatanyMunicipalJudgewhoservesforonlyapartoftheyearshallreceiveforhiscompensationonlyaprorataportionoftheforegoingannualsalarybaseduponthenumberofdaysheactuallyservesasaMunicipalJudgeorAssistantMunicipalJudge.Section2.Section2.52.040oftheMunicipalCodeisamendedtoreadasfollows:TheClerkoftheMunicipalCourtshallreceiveascompensationforhis/herservicesasClerkoftheMunicipalCourtanannualsalaryoffourthousand,fivehundredsixtyfivedollars($4,565)provided,thatanyClerkoftheMunicipalCourtwhoservesonlyapartofayearshallreceiveforhis/hercompensationonlythatportionoftheyearhe/sheactuallyservesasaClerkoftheMunicipalCourt.Section3.TheadoptionoftheordinanceisherebydeclaredanemergencyduetothefactthattheaboveincreasesareeffectiveasofDecember24,1992.WHEREAS,itistheopinionoftheBoardofTrusteesthatanemergencyexists,thisordinanceshalltakeeffectandbeenforcedasofDecember8,1992,afteritspassage,adoptionandsignatureoftheMayor.PASSEDANDADOPTEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,THISDAYOF:)(ic,;tLt.,1992.TOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO/2By:___________Mayor C0 C)0ATTEST:/2.CCTownClerkIherebycertifythattheaboveordinancewasintroducçdandreadatameetingoftheBoardofTrusteesonthe,Idayof___________1992,andpublishedinanewspaperofgeneralpublipationintheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,onthe//L4dayof/L’.C,1992.LCLc.UTownClerk 00
