00ORDINANCENO.7-92ANORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER14OFTHEMUNICIPALCODEOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,THESAMEPERTAININGTOBUILDINGSANDCONSTRUCTIONINCLUDINGTHEADOPTIONOFTHEUNIFORMPLUMBINGCODE,1991EDITIONWHEREAS,onthe14thdayofJuly,1992,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkheldapublicHearingontheadoptionofthe1991editionoftheUniformPlumbingCode;andWHEREAS,noticeofsaidHearingwaspublishedasprovidedinSection31—16—203,C.R.S.;andWHEREAS,priortotheadoptionoftheUniformPlumbingCode,1991edition,byreference,copiesofsaidCodewerepresentedtotheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark.BEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Section1.ThatSection14.24.010oftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,shallbeamendedtoreadasfollows:14.24.010UniformPlumbingCode,1991—-Adopted.TheUniformPlumbingCode,1991edition,issuedbytheInternationalConferenceofBuildingOfficials,5360SouthWorkmanMillRoad,Whittier,California90601,isenactedandadoptedbythisreference,andincorporatedinthischapterasifsetoutatlength.Section2.ThatSection14.24.040oftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesPark,Coloradoshallbeamendedtoreadasfollows14.24.040Fees.ThefeescheduleinSection20.7oftheUniformPlumbingCodeshallbedeletedandreplacedbyTable3-AoftheUniformBuildingCode.Section3.ThatSection14.24.090oftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesPark,Coloradoshallbeamendedtoreadasfollows:14.24.090Damages.NeithertheTown’sBuildingInspector,TownEngineernoranyotheremployeeoragentoftheTownofEstesPark,noranyvolunteeractingonbehalfoftheTownofEstesParkshallbeliabileindamagesforanyactand/oromissionbysaidpersonpursuanttothedutiesandtheenforcementoftheprovisionsoftheUniformPlumbingCode. 00 ‘I.CCSection4.ThisOrdinanceshalltakeeffectandbeenforcedthirty(30)daysafteritsadoptionandsubsequentpublication.PASSEDANDADOPTEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,THIS//DAYOF________,1992.TOWNOFESTESPARKBy:____MayorATTEST:CTownClerkIherebycertifythattheaboveOrdinancewasintroducedapdreadatameetingoftheBoardofTrusteesonthedayofcj1992,andpublishedinanewspaperofeneralcirculatior))iajtheTownofEstesPark,Coloradoonthe/7—dayofQzL4-,1992.1’cTownClerk—2— 00
