00ORDINANCENO.5-94ANORDINANCECONCERNINGASSESSMENTOFCOSTSINMUNICIPALCOURT,TOWNOFESTESPARKNOW,THEREFORE,BEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO.Section1.TheMunicipalJudgeoftheTownofEstesParkisherebyauthorized,inhisdiscretion,toassesscostsintheamountof$15.00againstanydefendantinMunicipalCourtwhopleadsguiltyornolo—contendereorwho,aftertrialisfoundguiltyofanordinanceviolationoftheTownofEstesPark.Section2.TheMunicipalJudgeisfurtherauthorized,inhisdiscretion,toassesscostsintheamountof$75.00foranadministrativefeeincludingcourtcostsagainstanydefendantwhoentersintoadeferredsentenceordeferredprosecutionagreementwiththeTownofEstesParkasthesamerelatestoaviolationofanordinanceoftheTownofEstesPark.Section3.ThisOrdinanceshallbeeffectiveasofMay1,1994.PASSEDANDADOPTEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESTHISVRCDAYOF____________1994.TOWNOFESTESPARKMayorATTEST:TownClerkIherebycertifythattheaboveOrdinancewasintroducedandreadatameetingoftheBoardofTrusteesonthe%QtJdayofMarch,1994andpublishedinanewspaperofgeneralcirculationintheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,onthe-25gdayof__________1994.TownClerk 0’0
