C) 0&9.Shouldthebannerbecomedamagedduringdisplay,itwillbeimmediatelyremovedbytheSpecialEventsDepartment.10.Bannerswithcampaignorcommercialadvertisingwillnotbeaccepted.11.TheapplicantherebyindemnifiesandholdstheTownofEstesPark,itsemployees,officersandagentsharmlessfromallclaims,demandsanddamagestheTown,itsemployees,officersandagentsincurastheresultofthedisplayofthebannerssetforthinthisapplication.Saidindemnityshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,allcostsofdefense,includingreasonableattorney’sfees,expertwitnessfees,andcourtcostsincurredbytheTownsaresultofanysuchclaim.SPECIFICATIONS.1.ForBannerLocation#1,bannersmaynotexceedamaximumof20’x3’,orbeatthediscretionoftheSpecialEventsDirector.2.ForBannerLocation#2,bannersmaynotexceedamaximumof30’x3’,orbeatthediscretionoftheSpecialEventsDirector.3.ForBannerLocation#3,bannersmaynotexceedamaximumof4’x8’,orbeatthediscretionoftheSpecialEventsDirector.4.Grommetsshallbe“heavyduty”,aminimumof5/8”ID,nomorethan12”apartalongthetopedge,andnomorethan24”apartalongthebottomedge.Reinforced5/8”IDgrommetsshallalsobeinstalledinthefourcorneredgesofallbanners.5.Toprecludestandardletteringonasolidbackground,allbannersshallincludeanartisticexpression(s).6.Solidbannersarepreferred,however,wind-slottedbannerswillbeaccepted.7.Eventsponsorsshouldconsultbannersupplierstoascertainmaterialsbest-suitedfortheirbannerapplication.8.TheTownofEstesParkwillnotbeheldresponsibleforanydamagesduetowindandiorothercauses,includinginstallation,andthelike.2 00
