15-9700TOWNOFESThSPARK,COLORADOORDINANCENO.15-97ANORDINANCEOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,ADOPTINGANDENACFINGANEWMUNICIPALCODEFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,PROVIDINGFORTHEREPEALOFCERTAINORDINANCESNOTINCLUDEDTHEREIN;PROW])NOFORTHEADOPTIONOFSECONDARYCODESBYREFERENCE;PROVIDINGAPENALTYFORTHEVIOLATIONTHEREOF;PROVIDINGFORTHEMANNEROFAMENDINGSUCHCODE;ANDPROVIDINGWHENSUCHCODEANDTHISORDINANCESHALLBECOMEEFFECflVE.BeItOrdainedbytheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEctesParlçColorado:Section1.ThecodeentitledTheEctesParkMunicipalCodepublishedbyColoradoCodePublishingCompany,consistingofChapters1through17,isadopted.Section2.AllordinancesofageneralandpermanentnatureenactedonorbeforetheadoptiondateofthisOrdinance,whichareinconsistentwiththeprovisionsoftheEstesParkMunicipalCode,totheextentofsuchinconsistency,areherebyrepealed.Section3.TherepealestablishedinSection2ofthisOrdinanceshallnotbeconstruedtoreviveanyordinanceorpartthereofthathadbeenpreviouslyrepealedbyanyordinancewhichisrepealedbythisOrdinance.Section4.ThefollowingcodeswereadoptedbyreferenceandincorporatedintheEstesParkMunicipalCode.One(1)copyisonfileintheTownClerk’soffice:(1)TheModelTrafficCodeThrColoradoMunicipalities,1995edition,publishedbytheColoradoDepartmentofTransportation,asadoptedandamendedinSection10.04.010etseq.;(2)TheUniformBuildingCode,1994edition,includingtheUniformBuildingCodeAppendbcpublishedbytheInternationalConferenceofBuildingOfficials,asadoptedandamendedinSection14.12.010etseq.;(3)TheUniformMechanicalCode,1994edition,publishedbytheInternationalConferenceofBuildingOfficials,asadoptedinSection14.16.010;(4)TheNationalElectricalCod;1996edition,publishedbytheNationalFireProtectionAssociation,asadoptedinSection14.20.010;(5)TheUnilbrmPlumbingCode,1994edition,publishedbytheInternationalConferenceofBuildingOfficials,asadoptedinSection14.24.010;(6)TheUniformCodefortheAbatementofDangerousBuildings,1994edition,publishedbytheInternationalConferenceofBuildingOfficials,asadoptedinSection14.48.010;
