RESOLUTION 2-91
WHEREAS,the Estes Park Building Authority on August 8,1990
adopted Articles of Airiendment requiring that all of the Directors
of the Board of Directors of the Estes Park Building Authority be
appointed by resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Town of
Estes Park;and
WHEREAS,said Amendment specifies that two (2)Directors shall
at all times be employees of the Town of Estes Park;and
WHEREAS,Robert L.Dekker has retired from service to the Town
of Estes Park.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE XT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,THAT:
1.That Richard D.Widmer is hereby appointed as a “Director”
to the Estes Park Building Authority Board of Directors;said
appointment to expire January,1994.
