RESOLUTION 24-9 1
WHEREAS,the Town of Estes Park has entered into a Golf Course Lease agreement
with the Estes Park Building Authority for the construction and improvements of the golf course
and related projects;and
WHEREAS,the Estes Valley Recreation and Park District,the sublease and project
manager,has certified that the improvements are complete:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado:
1.That the construction and improvements of the Golf Course project are
substantially complete.
2.That all costs of construction are paid,except for one (1)final bill which
the Estes Valley Recreation and Park District will pay directly.
3.That Central Bank of Denver,the trustee,can close the construction fund and
transfer any remaining balance to the Debt Service Fund.
