RESOLUTION 2-92
WHEREAS,on August 8,1990 the Estes Park Building Authority
adopted Articles of Amendment requiring that all of the Directors
of the Board of Directors of the Estes Park Building Authority be
appointed by Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Town of
Estes Park;and
WHEREAS,the terms of Jerry Souers and Monte Vavra expire
December 31,1991.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
That Peggy Lynch be appointed,and Monte Vavra be reappointed
as “Directors”to the Estes Park Building Authority Board of
Directors;said appointments to expire January,1995.
