0•CRESOLUTIONNO.16-93WHEREAS,theTownofEstesParkhasbeenpresentedaproposedpermitforthepurposeofgrantingacabletelevisionpermittoCableSystems,Inc.;andWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkhasdeterminedthatitisinthebestinterestoftheTownandthecitizensthereofthattheBoardauthorizetheexecutionofthepermitagreementaspresented.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO.1.TheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkherebyapprovesthegrantingofthecabletelevisionpermitagreementtoCableSystems,Inc.,asthesameismorefullysetforthonExhibit“A”attachedheretoandincorporatedhereinbythisreference.2.TheappropriateofficialsoftheTownofEstesParkareherebyauthori2edtoexecutethepermitagreement.Datedthis27thdayofJuly,1993.TOWNOFESTESPARKMKyorATTEST:TownClerk(Deputy) 00
