RESOLUTION 20-94
WHEREAS,on August 19,1994 the Town entered into an Agreement
with the Larimer County Clerk to provide coordinated election
services for the November 8,1994 General Election;and
WHEREAS,the Town desires the Larimer County Clerk to appoint
election judges;and
WHEREAS,it is the duty of the Board of Trustees to appoint a
“Canvass Board”to certify the results of the election.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,as follows:
1.That the Larimer County Clerk be authorized to appoint
election judges.
2.That the Board of Trustees hereby appoints Mayor H.B.Dannels,Any Plmnmer (registered elector),and Town Clark Vickie
O’Connor to act as the Canvass Board to certify the results of the
election.
