RESOLUTION17-95IARESOLUTIONTOGRANTFUNDSFROMTHETOWNOFESTESPARK’SGENERALFUNDTOTHEESTESPARKHOUSINGAUTHORITY.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark(Town)hascreatedtheEstesParkHousingAuthority(HousingAuthority);andWHEREAS,theHousingAuthorityhasreceivedapprovalfortaxcreditfinancingofaportionoftheLoneTreeApartmentproject,butwillneedtoexpendfundsforprofessionalservicestoobtainthenextlayerofgranteligibility;andWHEREAS,theHousingAuthoritywillneedagrantfromtheTownGeneralFundtoserveasseedmoneyuntilallgrantsandotherfinancingareapprovedandreceived;andWHEREAS,theHousingAuthoritymayrepaytheTown’sGrantpriortotheclosingofthe1995fiscalyearifothergrantfundsarereceived;andWHEREAS,variouslineitemsintheTown’sGeneralFund1995budgethavebeenrealignedtocoverthislineitem.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:1.ThattheTownGeneralFundgrantstotheHousingAuthoritytheamountof$421,172.2.ThattheHousingAuthoritymayrepaytheGranttotheTownpriortothecloseofthe1995fiscalyearifothergrantfundshavebeenreceived.3.ThattheFinanceOfficerisauthorizedtotransfer1995GeneralFundbudgetlineitemintheamountof$421,172fromothervariouslineitems.ADOPTEDthis13thdayofJune,1995.MayorAflEST:7:,.4viTownClerk 00
