C’_()RESOLuHONTOAPPROPRIATESUMSOFMONEY30-95ARESOLUTIONTOSUPPLEMENTTHETOWNOFESTESPARK’S1995GENERALFUNDBUDGET.WHEREAS,theTownofEstesParkhasenteredaleasepurchaseagreementtopurchasetheYouthCenterBuildingfortheamountof$60,000;andWHEREAS,onNovember8,1994,thevotersoftheTownofEstesParkapprovedaballotquestionallowingtheTowntoretainallexcessrevenuesabovetherevenuelimitationsofArticleXofSection20oftheColoradoConstitution;andWHEREAS,theabove-mentionedexcessrevenueswillneedtobetransferredtotheCommunityReinvestmentFundintheanticipatedamountof$200,000atthecloseofthe1995fiscalyear;andWHEREAS,theGeneralFund1995BudgetwillneedtobesupplementedtoallowfortheexcesstransfertotheCommunityReinvestmentFund.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:1.THATthefollowing1995budgetsbeamendedasfollows:1995RevisedFundAmountBudgetGeneralFund$260,000$8,137,3062.TheGeneralFundrevenuesourcesarealeasepurchaseagreementandgeneralsalestaxrevenues.ADOPTEDthis28thdayofNovember,1995AflEST:T-cRvQDeputyTownClerkProTem 00
