CCRESOLUTIONTOSETMILLLEVIESNO.19-96ARESOLUTIONLEVYINGGENERALPROPERTYTAXESFORTHEYEAR1997,TOHELPDEFRAYTHECOSTSOFGOVERNMENTFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHE1997BUDGETYEAR.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkwilladopttheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember26,1996;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforgeneraloperatingexpensesis$175,204;andWHEREAS,the1996netvaluationforassessmentfortheTownofEstesParkascertifiedbytheCountyAssessoris$62,681,840.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThatforthepurposeofmeetinggeneraloperatingexpensesoftheTownofEstesParkduringthe1997budgetyear,thereisherebyleviedataxof2.795millsuponeachdollarofthetotalvaluationforassessmentofalltaxablepropertywithintheTownfortheyear1997.ThattheTownClerkisherebyauthorizedanddirectedtoimmediatelycertifytotheCountyCommissionersofLafimerCounty,Colorado,themillleviesfortheTownofEstesParkashereinabovedeterminedandset.ADOPTEDthis26thdayofNovember,1996.SAflEST:TownClerkvii 00
