CCRESOLUTIONTOSETMILLLEVIES12-97ARESOLUTIONLEVYINGGENERALPROPERTYTAXESFORTHEYEAR1998,TOHELPDEFRAYTHECOSTSOFGOVERNMENTFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHE1998BUDGETYEAR.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkwilladopttheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember12,1997;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforgeneraloperatingexpensesisS188,997;andWHEREAS,the1997netvaluationforassessmentfortheTownofEstesParkascertifiedbytheCountyAssessoris569,775,430.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThatforthepurposeofmeetingallgeneraloperatingexpensesoftheTownofEstesParkduringthe1998budgetyear,thereisherebyleviedataxof2.70865millsuponeachdollarofthetotalvaluationforassessmentofalltaxablepropertywithintheTownfortheyear1998.ThattheTownClerkisherebyauthorizedanddirectedtoimmediatelycertifytotheCountyCommissionersofLarimerCounty,Colorado,themillleviesfortheTownofEstesParkashereinabovedeterminedandset.ADOPTEDthis12thdayofNovember,1997.AflEST:TownClerk 00
