0RESOLUTIONTOSETMILLLEVIES18-980ARESOLUTIONLEVYINGGENERALPROPERTYTAXESFORTHEYEAR1999,TOHELPDEFRAYTHECOSTSOFGOVERNMENTFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHE1999BUDGETYEAR.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkwilladopttheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember10,1998;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforgeneraloperatingexpensesis$195,900;andWHEREAS,the1998netvaluationforassessmentfortheTownofEstesParkascertifiedbytheCountyAssessoris$72,323,200.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThatforthepurposeofmeetingallgeneraloperatingexpensesoftheTownofEstesParkduringthe1999budgetyear,thereisherebyleviedataxof2.70865millsuponeachdollarofthetotalvaluationforassessmentofalltaxablepropertywithintheTownfortheyear1999.ThattheTownClerkisherebyauthorizedanddirectedtoimmediatelycertifytotheCountyCommissionersofLarimerCounty,Colorado,themillleviesfortheTownofEstesParkashereinabovedeterminedandset.ADOPTEDthis10thdayofNovember,1998ATTEST:TownClericMayoriv 00
