00RESOLUTIONNO.6-98WHEREAS,Section29—22—102(3)(1)requirestheBoardofTrusteestodesignatebyresolutionanEmergencyResponseAuthorityforhazardoussubstanceincidentsoccurringwithinthecorporatelimitsoftheTown;andWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteeshasdeterminedthattheEstesParkVolunteerFireDepartmentshouldbetheEmergencyResponseAuthorityforhazardoussubstanceincidentswithintheTown.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,asfollows:Section1.TheEstesParkVolunteerFireDepartmentshallbenamedtheEmergencyResponseAuthorityforhazardoussubstanceincidentsoccurringwithinthecorporatelimitsoftheTownofEstesPark.PASSEDANDADOPTEBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARKONTHEt-DAYOF_____________,1998.TOWN0iSTESPARK,COL0B__________MayorATTEST:TownClerk 00
