00TOWNOFESTESPARKRESOLUTIONNO.18-99BEINGARESOLUTIONSPONSORINGTHEMEMBERSHIPOFTHELARIMEREMERGENCYTELEPHONEAUTHORITYINTHECOLORADOINTERGOVERNMENTALRISKSHARINGAGENCY.WHEREAS,theTownofEstesParkisamemberingoodstandingoftheColoradoIntergovernmentalRiskSharingAgency(CIRSA);andWHEREAS,theTownofEstesParkislikewiseasignatotytotheIntergovernmentalAgreementwhichcreatedtheLarimerEmergencyTelephoneAuthority(LETA);andWHEREAS,LETAhasappliedformembershipinCWSA;andWHEREAS,suchmembershiprequiresthesponsorshipofagovernmentalentitycurrentlyamemberofCWSA;NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARI)OFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,ASFOLLOWS:1.ThattheTownagreestosponsorLETAinconnectionwiththeAuthority’spendingmembershipapplicationwithCIRSA.2.ThattheTownClerkisherebyauthorizedtoexecutesuchdocumentationasmayberequiredtoevidencesuchsponsorshipasreflectedbythisResolution.Uponmotion-dulymade,secondedandcarried,theforegoingResolutionwasadoptedthisadayofkuurc1999.TOWNSTESPARK,COLORADOMayorATTEST:1’Cc4aJTownClerk 00
