RESOLUTION NO.4-00
WHEREAS,the Town of Estes Park,Colorado (the “Town”)contracts with the
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (NCWCD)for 3 acre-foot units of
Colorado-Big Thompson Project water;and
WHEREAS,the Town desires to renew the Temporary Use Permit as contained
in said Contract with NCWCD.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO that:
1.The Board hereby declares its intention to submit an Application for the
Renewal of a Temporary Use Permit for 3 acre-foot units of Colorado-Big
Thompson Project water for the period terminating March 1,2001.
2.The Board hereby authorizes Town officials and/or staff to file the
necessary application with the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy
District.
